I didn't start in fitness. I started in a lab. My PhD in Civil Engineering taught me how to think in systems, analyze data, and obsess over problems until I found the answer. But it was in the classroom where I discovered what really drives me: teaching.
Staying after class to help students. Hosting office hours when nobody else would. There was a sense of pride I couldn't shake every time something clicked for someone. I'm a researcher at heart. If I don't know the answer to something, I obsess over it until I understand how and why it works.
After competing in my own shows, close friends started asking me to help them prep. That question sent me down a path I never expected. I dove into learning everything I could about training science, nutrition periodization, and contest preparation. I pursued mentorships with top coaches in the industry, completed advanced coursework in program design and nutrition, and started applying the same systematic, research-driven approach that defined my engineering career to physique coaching.
Team Bojacked was born from that obsession.
I don't just coach competitors. I am one. I've stood on stage, dieted to the bone, and gone through everything I ask my athletes to do.
I love the challenge. I love pushing people to their limit and showing them what they can accomplish with hard work and dedication. But what separates Team Bojacked from other coaching services is that I teach you the why behind everything we do.
As much as I would love to keep a client forever, my goal is for you to eventually not need me. I want you to walk away from our time together with real knowledge you can apply for the rest of your life. That's what coaching should be.

My engineering background means I approach coaching the way I approach research. Evidence first, adjustments based on data, and no bro-science.
I explain why we're making every decision so you understand the process. The goal is to make you a more knowledgeable athlete, not a more dependent client.
Prep doesn't end on stage day. Every athlete gets a structured post-show roadmap: reverse diet, health phase, clean-up, and mass building. We play the long game.

Not a lot of coaches in this industry have the academic rigor and analytical training that comes with a doctoral degree. That perspective is built into everything I do for my athletes.
My family is everything to me. My wife Melis and my newborn son Atlas are my motivation. They're the reason I push harder every day to build something meaningful.
When I'm not coaching or competing, you'll find me building custom computers or behind a camera. I've always been someone who loves creating things, whether it's a physique, a system, or something with my hands.
